Before you can make an online booking, you must have registered your details and created an account.

How to register and create your account

  1. Select 'Register', this will take you to the CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT page.
  2. Specify a Username to use when you log on to your account. This will need to be a minimum of six characters.
  3. Specify and confirm your Email Address. This will replace any email address that we hold for you.
  4. Specify your Date of Birth.
  5. Specify your Membership Card Number.
  6. Choose a Security Question.
  7. Specify your Security Question Answer.
  8. Select Register.
  9. If your registration is successful, you will receive an Activation Email.
  10. Select the Activation Link in your email.
  11. You will be taken to the ACCOUNT ACTIVATION page.
  12. Your Username will already be populated.
  13. Answer the Security Question.
  14. Specify and confirm your Password.
  15. Select Activate.
  16. Your account is now active and you can start to make online bookings.

How to make an online booking

  1. You can book either an Activity (badminton, basketball, 5-a-side), Class (weekly fitness classes) or Course (running club, holiday camps).
  2. From within the Search panel, select Activities, Classes or Courses.
  3. Select an Activity, Class or Course.
  4. Select the Date for your chosen Activity, Class or Course.
  5. Select the From time.
  6. Select the To time.
  7. Select the Duration of your chosen Activity, Class or Course
  8. Select Search.
  9. Add your activity, class or course to your basket by selecting the corresponding basket icon.
  10. Select another activity or class to add it to your basket.
  11. Read and Accept our Terms and Conditions and select Checkout.
  12. Select Confirm Booking.
  13. To print a copy of your booking confirmation, select Print Receipt.

How far ahead can I book?

Members can book activities and classes up to 7 days in advance. Concession members may book activities up to 3 days in advance but have no access to the swimming pool, fitness classes or fitness suite. Our online, application and in house booking system opens from 6.30am for the following week.

Not a full member of St Mary's Calne Sports Centre?

No problem, you can take out a membership with us with ease in order to get a host of member benefits such as advanced booking and access to our state of the art facilities.

Alternatively, you can pay £20.00 for a concession membership which will enable you to then book any of our sports hall activities up to 3 days in advance. Please note this membership does not give you access to any of the other facilities we offer.
